One of my favorite places in New London. Lovely views of the Thames River and Long Island Sound. Beautiful rolling green spaces perfect for kids to run around. It's never crowded and I'm embarrassed to admit that for the dozens of times I've visited I still have yet to see inside the fort. You can also now pick up the Groton/New London water taxi during the season.

Nice, clean place. I wish they would bring back the Fishing Pier faucets. That was one of the reasons I loved going there.

Great place to enjoy a sunny day. An entire pier where a lot of people fish, or plenty of grassy area to sit and have a picnic. Very well kept, too.

The beautiful park is right on the River... Nice place to walk around, visit, watch some old fashioned ball games... And see the Submarines going up and down the river... A great sub museum

Love this state park amazing place right on the water very few people walk the grounds so it's really quiet all the time and a place I love to go to examine my existence on this Earth.
