I am covered completely for 24 visits per year.  They stated that in 2017 I would not owe anything as I had met my deductible and coinsurance.  I did not even go for 24 visits.  However I just received a bill for $860 for 3 visits in December 2017.  All of the insurance claims they sent in for December 2017 were denied and they did not bother to fix the problem other than to send me a huge bill. I wonder how competent their billing department is.

Therapists good, but billing office very bad. Office stated $15 per visit w/insurance, but billed afterwards for $16 per visit more. Misleading/Rip Off
