I've been to Forum Dental a total of 4 times now. Each time was a great experience. Dr. Swain is an excellent dentist, the hygienist's are just as wonderful, all of the staff are professional and friendly. I will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Been going here for years and have never once had anything less than a great experience every single time. Great doctors, reception staff, hygienists and assistants. Very courteous and gentle (I'm a baby).

I started going to Forum Dental because they were in network for my insurance.  I have not regretted the change.  In fact I ended up moving 200 miles away and every 6 months I still make the 3.5 hour drive to Forum Dental in Rolla, MO to have teeth cleaned and checked by this amazing dental practice. Every staff member is courteous, kind, and caring, and are very informative. I think even if I end up moving 6 hours away I would still make the trek every 6 months.  It's worth it.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Not a prolonged waiting list to get in! The really understand what customer service is. Good people doing good work.

Wonderful staff and service!  Everyone is always friendly, professional, and caring!  Whether I was getting a cleaning or something serious taken care of I've always had great experiences here!  Highly recommend!
