Changing the Way the World Sees God

Mission

At Forward, you will experience a friendly environment and real people who are honest about life and are pursuing to be conformed to the image of Christ. Our local meetings are an open environment that puts the Holy Spirit first.

Through our local church, we are seeing people set free from religious performance. The number one testimony we hear is that people are realizing that God accepts them in Jesus and they don't have to try to keep God happy or qualify for blessing by their performance.

2Cr 5:19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.

2Cr 5:20 We are Christ's ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, "Be reconciled to God!"

2Cr 5:21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU...NO MATTER WHAT

We simply want you to know that God is no longer angry. His wrath has been satisfied and he now seeks to elevate those who will allow him, to a quality of life far beyond what we have ever experienced. God promises that he has more for us that we can think or even imagine. Our Heavenly Father is a good God who does not teach us through calamity and hardship, his love is much more effective. Freedom is not a license to sin, it's the power to see yourself as God does, which will produce holiness. Jesus was the exact representation of God and he went about doing good and healing all. God is good and his mercy endures forever!
