I payed at the pump $20 and a few hours later got notified that my account was cleared out by shell gas station! They took the remainder balance on my debit card! Drive an hour back and they were closed! called numerous times prior and no answer! Now I have no gas or money and my times waisted! This is the worst buisness ever plus the buisness hours are incorrect on the website. I want my money back and my gas I waisted being ripped off by this greedy company! I printed a receipt after my transaction I want my money back asap! I'm livid with tbis situation amd will not stop till I get what is mine returned to me!

The 2 girls stocking didn't acknowledge me even after eye contact BUT the male cashier was super nice and the store was clean (incl. the restrooms).

Wow, one of the nicer fuel stations I've seen. You walk inside, and you see a modern, sleek, and inviting design. Lots of soda, snacks, frozen goods, a full coffee bar (with my personal favorite - extra-caffeinated coffee), and even a "beer cave" for those who drink. I've had great service both times that I've been here so far. Not only that, but this station opened with not just 2, but 4 E85 pumps. Best E85 price around Bay City too! Right off I-75, and a short jog from both downtown Bay City as well as Saginaw.
