Hands down, one of the BEST dental practices ever for all ages! We have been coming here for 10+ years...they are friendly yet professional, and have great convenient hours.

HORRIBLE! I am new to the area I had the most wonderful dentist before I came to Green Bay. I made appointments for me and my husband at Forward Dental a month in advance. They called to move just his appointment a few day before. Totally messed up our vacation day, but we were flexible. They never told me the new patient appointment would take 2.5 HOURS EACH! I came with my husband to his early appointment and they told me to sit and they'd be with me right after. Still no one had the courtesy to tell me I'd be waiting 2.5 hours. They sat there never speaking a word to me. I finally had to cancel my appointment that was made for later in the day because I had things to do. VERY disappointed in the poor customer service and consideration for new patients.
