We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jacqueline Solis We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before her, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on with everything even when we had to deal with a tree falling on the house before the closing. She worked after hours when I had questions I always reached out to her no matter what time it is.The best part she always gave me options and put herself in my shoes and help me make the decision to close the deal.  We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, She walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggested what we should do We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we will always recommend Jacqueline to them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Thomas Pultorak is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. With only days left until my closing date, he had yet to sign the P&S which had been completed on my end for months; amongst numerous other documents. He has been contacted countless times by both my personal agent and myself to simply get an update on my new construction and he ignores phone calls and emails. After countless excuses from Tom such as “I have to cut down a tree” when asked for the millionth time to submit a form I finally contacted the President of the company, Rick Healey, who seems to give about as much care to the situation as Tom. I described in detail to Rick all of the problems I’ve had, including but not limited to, the fact that I asked Tom literally hundreds of times for electricity to be installed above my new bar area in the construction for lighting and this was never communicated to the builders. Also, my house was supposed to have town water and after driving by the property I learned they were actually installing a well. I immediately got in touch with my agent and Tom, who told me “I don’t know what’s going on I’ve been on vacation in the white mountains.” Rick then reiterated all the excuses I have already heard from Tom to me. After a few more emails to Rick it was clear to me he did not care much about my nightmare experience. His short responses do not convey apology and concern for the situation. Tom is HORRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT BE A REAL ESTATE AGENT. Rick should care more about miserable customers. My new closing date is now 18 days away and I have yet to hear back from Tom. Nobody, including my agent, my lender, attorneys, or the town know what is left to be completed on the property. Appraisals, occupancy permits, and a closing date need to be ordered and nobody has a clue about anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This has been a living hell dealing with these people. UPDATE- Still have no closed. Every week it’s “one more week”. Closing has been pushed 4 times now and Tom still has almost no clue about anything. Rick has since apologized multiple times. Still nobody knows why contractors aren’t showing up to complete jobs. This is a horrible experience. DO NOT BUY NEW CONSTRUCTION LISTED BY FOSTER HEALEY AND BUILT BY MARK DYMEK. UPDATE AGAIN- Tom and Rick have been extremely helpful the past few weeks. Closing has yet to take place and I blame it mostly on Dymek Builders, not Foster-Healey. Tom's communication could have been MUCH better throughout this process; however I now believe all the issues actually come from the builder. Still havent closed over 2 months late.......
