Had an excellent lunch today! The bartender was friendly and we had great service! The pickle fritters were good. The cream or crab was great. The nachos were ok, different than normal, but not bad. I had the crab cake sandwich which was pretty good and of a good size!Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
I almost passed on the side salad and was so glad I did not. It was beautiful and delicious. It is obviously a detail-oriented kitchen. The crab cakes and the fried fish were perfect.
I tried this place out after a little research. I’m so glad I did. The food was awesome. Very fresh and delicious. The ambiance was so clean and not cluttered which in a restaurant is really important. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and informative of the menu. When I check out a restaurant I look at everything- cleanliness, food, staff, ambiance and this one check all of my boxes. I had the lemon roasted chicken and my husband had the crab cakes and shrimp, so land or sea you’ve got delicious options. Also we had the grilled asparagus and that was unique yet so tasty! Finally we finished the evening with the maple, sweet potato cheesecake and WOW that’s autumn in a desert form. Trust me, this place is worth a visit! We will be back.
Decided to stop here from a local recommendation. I decided to try a few thing. The nachos were a little different with a ton of lettuce and diced tomatoes. The sour cream and guacamole didn’t seem fresh but alright. I got the burger and fries from the recommendation from the waitress. I had to get the salad because my mother in law says I need to eat more. The reason I gave it a 4* was because of the service. There was no hostess or anyone at the door. You just kind of walk in and look around for anyone that will greet you. I spoke to the bartender and he said to get any seat. The waitress was not friendly and not very helpful. She wasn’t very knowledgeable of the menu or the prices of menu items.
Nice place with live local music. Went recently for the first time to see a friend who was playing there. Conveniently located right off 81 they have a large outside seating live music area. Equally large bar/restaurant area. Only had an appetizer but it was good. Table service was a bit slow outside but it improved as help arrived. I would recommend and will go back.
Service was subpar. We were attended 4 times the entire time we were there. We were told that my friends kids meal would come with fries and they never came. I asked the server what happened with the fries and she said she made the mistake andthat it only came with a different meal. Yet she never came to tell us that, meanwhile her kid was still hungry. I ordered the Herb Roasted Chicken. I will say the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside with good flavoring. Yet the risotto it was paired with was weird. It had a cream based type of sauce that was just bland, it was just flavorless goop. Only positive thing other than the chicken was the atmosphere was laid back. So if you just want to sit at the bar and have couple brewskis… by all means have at it, but I won’t be coming back for round two.
The food is consistently good - way better than 'pub food'. Decent beer selection. Prices great, I actually checked my bill because I thought she might have forgotten to ring something in. Service impeccable; friendly and attentive.Food: 5/5
One of the best burgers in town in my opinion. I got the classic and the fiancé got the burger with the eggtheir signature burger . Both cooked to perfection and tasted great. The flat steak fries were also great. We will definitely be back.
We ate at Foster’s for the first time last evening and the service and meals were top-notch! Our server, Erin, was extremely friendly and pleasant. Our meals were absolutely amazing and will definitely spread the word. Will definitely return sooner than later.
It was the first time I had been to this place and I am glad I did. It was on a Friday night at about 6 PM and the place was packed. Fortunately me and my buddy were able to get seats at the bar. After that we ordered the special of the day which was a shrimp and crab lasagna roll. It was excellent as well as the service and the charming atmosphere. We will be back.
