I really like the gym, its not huge but has lots of equipment. I have never had to wait to use anything.  Geoff the owner and the staff are great and willing to answer questions.  There are so many other things offered as well, like classes and chiropractic adjustments.

Foundation Fitness is clean and modern with a really laid-back and friendly atmosphere. I especially like how Geoff included special tools in his gym that help you evaluate where you are with your fitness levels so you know where you need to improve. Plus, you can't beat that free parking.

What I love about Foundation Fitness Center is the relaxed atmosphere and ability to measure my performance when I want to. Having data to back up what I'm doing is motivating.
