Sometimes the wait takes a while, but that's understandable on busy days. Only one visit that wasn't great, the lady didn't deposit my checks correctly which have really made things frustrating. But overall good place, with friendly and helpful people.

there slow your wait usually last about 2 hours im being serious this is the truth there not worth yourtime and have slow servious youdbe better off going somewhere else if i could rate it less or 0 i would rate it -2 its that bad truefully 
there loan prices areun reasonable for intrest there staff are slow and try to prolong the day so they can leave andnot have to help you they let people go in front of you all day when there machines are broke for signing in to atm they always will fail you there equipment is very poorlybuilt and fails most the time even there staff server is slow so you will be waiting a while 80% of the time banking with them two years so take the word and dont bank with them

The loans are great. The interest rates are great but if you have to go for anything other than to talk to a teller make sure you are off that day bring Plenty of water and to be on the safe side pack a lunch. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Founders is definitely one of the best decisions I have made as far as banking goes.  They have also helped me build my credit and recently helped me plan for my retirement. The staff are very friendly and available when you have questions. I was even able to set up my daughter a savings account for college as well. Thank you Founders, for making mine and my families life a little easier.

If I could give it one star I would!! My husband went after work one day. He walked in at 3:19 and didn't leave till 5:45 because a worker did NOT want to help him. She deliberately ignored him. She tried her very best not to have to help him. When her coworker confronted her about not helping a customer she still didn't help till 45 minutes later. When she called him up to her desk she informed him he would have to wait because she had other people to help. Went to the window to help another person before completing my husbands transaction. The loan officer was very helpful. But the teller made things very aggravating. We will not be doing business with Founders Federal Credit Union if this is what we have to deal with. Thank you.
