I am so frustrated with founders.  From credit card to not being able to log in from website on the app.  I sit and wait to see someone, and wait and wait and finally leave. Ready to give up on what used to be a great place for financial services and go somewhere else.

The general branch manager was extremely rude and refused to refund a first late credit card payment fee, which was their fault because I never recieved a reminder plus they were in the middle of setting up automatic payments for me. It's not about the refund, it's about the TERRIBLE customer service and very unfriendly. Oh and they apparently don't accept MasterCard I'm surprised they accept visa.

Beautiful building but ATM doesn't work all the time. This is the second time I have problems to make a deposit.
