Great place -has kitchen, living room and large open space to suit any party. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. There is a beach and children's playground as well.

Southold Park District members have access to Founders Landing Park and Beach. This is one of the most popular beaches and parks on the North Fork. The Wharf House features a professional kitchen and event facility located in the center of the park. Members can rent the Wharf House to host parties and family events with panoramic views of the water.  The beach has lifeguards during the summer season and the playground is right on the beach.  The park offers picnic tables under shade trees with views of the water. This is a great place to host a summer picnic and watch the boating around Shelter Island in the distance.  The park has nice clean rest rooms and plenty of beach area to stake your own spot in the sand.
