Tait was fast, curtious, and answered all my questions promptly, and in a way that I could understand! He and Michele (Tait's wife) are truly lovely people, and extremely down to earth! I also admire how involved he is with our community and giving back! They definitely get a 10 out of 10!

Tait has a way of really calming your nerves and making you feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous when we did our first meeting, and I was actually a heck of a lot calmer and feeling better about my situation when I left.
