A vary nice place to stay at very friendly staff very clean rooms are very nice manager is friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are family

Looks OK from outside. Well kept exterior. Rooms are out of date and too small. Garbage truck in the parking lot at 7 in the morning making all sorts of noise. Parking is limited. No pool or restaurant.

Our family was relocating to Sterling due to work. We found this site on google and called the number. Oh my, what a nice friendly voice on the other end. Her name is Shaun Wilson and she was very nice, talked to us like we were family. We were moving from Leadville, Co, and we had a long drive. When we got to her Hotel. We were more than happy about the accommodations, the way the set up and the whole experience. she was more than nice about the entire stay :). She helped us find a place about 3 months later and we are more than happy with her and the places she has for rent

For being a older hiway motel, my stay was great.  Very clean, friendly staff, and the owner was pulling weeds in the flower bed when I arrived.  It is not new, it is well used facility.  Super clean towels, and cold window unit.
I would stay again.  Good mattress, and I loved the screen door!
