I had no problem with my meal. It was towards the end of the breakfast hour and I got the Florentine Benedict. My mom got fish tacos. My only complaint was that the potatoes really didn't seem that fresh. Besides that, both of our dishes were yummy!

So my little sister decides she wants to have brunch for her birthday here. What a huge mistake the food was AWFUL the omelet CHEF Daniel (not sure if he can even TALK) he was so slow the line for an omelet was wrapped around the bar. When its finally your turn he just looks at you he doesn't ask you "What would you like" he just looks at you. So its time to pay my bill and for the all you can eat brunch which I recieved my check for $36.48. Why the F&^$ the MANAGER charge $55.25 to my card? Manager is Joe, he got upset with me cause I called him on it. He claimed to have reverse the payment then charged me correctly. This all happened on Sunday 4/19/2015....today 4/23/15 I have 2 charges to my card one for $55.25 and another for $36.48. I called last night asking for a manager and I got Charles (not a manager) he asked me to call when Joe was there because he is the only one can that fix this matter....REALLY!!!!! I asked for a freaking manager anyone should e able to fix this matter.

Must be the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in, and I am HHDiamond VIP. Terrible service, awful lobby, gross all around. Made the mistake of hosting a reception for my business here, and the Hotel made us look bad because it is in such bad shape. I have called numerous times to complain about this hotel. Trust me- CROSS IT OFF YOUR LIST.
