Absolutely beautiful. Inn and restaurant . The staff paid attention every little detail.  Attended a wedding. & it was living the dream.  If you plan leafing in the next few weeks check out the town of Newfane, VT.  and the Column Inn.  You will not be disappointed even. you. just stop in for a drink@ the bar and a walk around the town and grounds.

Dinner was alright, but expensive for what you get. I was with a bigger group, and the options given were not the full menu. It is a very cute place. Just disappointed by the food selection process for our group.

Nothing pleases me more than to read such glowing reviews of The Four Columns. I started dining and staying overnight there while savoring a case of Bicentennial Fever and my last visit was in the early 2000s. The biggest star is not The Four Columns, but Newfane itself. It is by far one of New England's most impressive little towns. Its charm never wanes.

A quite hidden gem in VT. The staff makes you feel like you're family. My fiancé and I had a great couples massage which I highly recommend. But the best part was the food. 5 stars! Perfect spot for a night or 2 getaway
