Stayed for a week in November and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were clean and comfortable. The in-house food is generous, but expect hotel pricing. The only cons: All pillows on the bed were loose fill, so you'll need to bring/provide your own if you have another preference. Also people staying in a room with beach view get a pass to park in covered parking. There are far more rooms than covered spaces, so don't expect to use it during busy times.

We always stay at this great hotel right on the water. The new staff and general manager try to make everything about your stay as good as possible. The roooms are always clean and every member of the staff is as good as you can ask for. This hotel is a 5star and no one knows just how good things are. I would never stay anywhere else and would tell every person that asks this is the place to stay and be on a great beach!!!  Taylor the new GM good luck here and hope to see you again soon.  Fred

Checked in and they upgraded my room to a beach front view without me asking. Room accommodations we're more than adequate. The only downside was the television remote did not have an input change option for my fire stick.

We are faithful yearly guests of this hotel for the last 3-4 years. This is absolutely the WORST year so far. Our room was never cleaned. Service is short-staffed yet prices remain the same. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY NEXT DOOR. Even the Ramada is better (and has amazing pools!)

This hotel has wonderful staff and service. I feel sexy every time I walk in. They know how to treat their guests. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if coffee was available in the lobby all day.
