The worst!!! Don't even deserve 1 star! Paid for my room online, went to check in n capital one hacked credit cards, called Cap One, acct good! But the RUDE bitches at the counter REFUSED to accept cash for incidentals! NO wallet pay, or talk to Cap One rep or enter cc info manually. I'm 2,000 miles from home. F you!!! Was only staying one night (less than 12 hrs to catch early am flight). Thanks a lot Sheraton for throwing a single lady out in the middle of the night in fricken Sac CA. You will never have this return customer back again!!!

Hotel room and lobby super clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent. Front desk not very helpful or friendly. Questioning them about charge being different than the site and she wouldn't even listen or look at information on phone. Rating would have been a 5 star but not with the first person you meet being rude.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Hotel room and lobby super clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent. Front desk not very helpful or friendly. Rating would have been a 5 star but not with the first person you meet being rude.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was good. They have a small market on-site and even sell there wine and beer. However the internet was super slow and some channels on the TV couldn't be watched because of lags. Now they stopped offering room service.

At 0530 Friday morning of my overnight stay, I started hearing pounding from next door. This went on for 45 minutes keeping me awake...followed by people talking during the next hour from the other side of my room. Who on God's earth would sandwich a hotel room between a meeting room and the exercise room? Sheraton - that's who. If you're gonna stay here (because you have to), avoid room 136 - or any room on the ground floor. I won't be staying at ANY Sheraton property any time going forward.
