The water in the washing machines is never hot. When the "hot water button" is pushed, the water stays cold. Is my laundry as clean as it could be, probably not. I will not come here again. Watch out consumers!  One other compliant is that half of the washers and driers were not working. They had notes on them saying "resting today". Wow! Also, the working dryers did not get very hot so I had to use a lot of quarters. I was shaking my head trying not to get pissed off.
