Called to request an estimate. Person on the phone asked if I was getting a few estimates from other companies . My reply obviously was yes ... the gentleman said " Nevermind , I'm not interested " .. 

I'm not sure how many customer call only one person for a job without looking at a few additional options. I'm Very happy this company was weeded out of my selection process.

Typical of all the bad stereotypes of contractors. Came to my house, measured the room, gave me a quote. We called back a week later to get a date scheduled - no reply - called again and again - no reply. Still no reply. And so no job - what a waste of time.

My experience was similar. They came immediately and reviewed the job, but never came back with an estimate and did not respond to messages. If they weren't interested in the job, why not tell you that and not waste your time?
