This past week , well it has been a busy one! I had Gary, plumbing, out here first of the week for some problems which he handeled very well and efficiently! Gary is the guy we always ask for, very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, explains everything and is excellent at his craft! Then, next I had heating and air here for an inspection, Robbie was the guy and he was also very good at what he does, explained everything quite well, he was very nice and polite and worked hard while he was here! I was very pleased with the results from both of these Four Star visits, but wait , there is more! Gary returned on Friday due to another plumbing concern which he fixed efficiently and I was very pleased with the final results. On that same day, I was having some new appliances delivered and they arrived shortly after Gary left. So they went about getting my new range , dishwasher and washer and dryer into the house and installed, but suddenly, problem, they cannot install one due to a broken or at least leaky pipe for the dish washer! So since they were concerned it might continue to leak, I called Four Star again, it was now well after 3pm, on a Friday evening! Gary had not been gone for more than one to two hours, but I knew he had other calls to make. I called and told the nice lady who answered at the Four Star company , what was happening, she asked me to hold while she checked what could be done! Soon she came back and said Gary would return as soon as he could, that same day ! And before I knew it, he was back, the installers were still here, they discussed the situation, they left and Gary fixed the pipe and installed the diswasher! I know Gary had to be very tired, he had worked very hard when he was here earlier then went on to other calls, but he came back and as happy and pleasant as he always is, finished up the installation ! So I got my plumbing problems fixed and all of my new appliances installed because Gary is such a great Plummer and so good at all he does, and goes above and beyond what I think most people would do ! He is a very positive person and it shows in his work and his attitude towards the people he is helping! So a big thank you to Gary, Robbie and to Four Star for having such friendly, dependable and very knowledgeable people to help us with our plumbing and heating and cooling needs! Bob was great, personable and knowledgeable. We went over my plumbing complaint and he suggested a few things that I might try, to keep things flowing smoothly. It was a great experience. I'm home inspector and can never come up with a good plumber to recommend. Guess y'all fixed that too. 😎

We have used Four Star a couple of times. First was to replace a leaking toilet which was causing problems on the floor below us. Actually had them replace two toilets while they were here. Second time was to replace our old water heater. They met every schedule as we were expecting company the next day. While they were here, we had them replace two bathroom sinks and faucets and put in a new kitchen sink. Both jobs went smoothly and we were kept informed of their progress the entire time. The estimates they gave us were spot on! We will certainly use them in the future.

Repair of my air conditioner unit was done in a completely satisfactory and expedition manner. I will use them again when I have any future problems

I use Four Star a lot, they come quickly and are knowledgeable. My most recent experience is that they left a mess in the area they were working and they gouged the wall. Ceiling chips as well. Disappointed about the attention to detail.
