They store all my stuff for a low rate

Very disappointed. I had planned on renting a storage unit here. I talked to the guy on the phone several days in advance and told him I'd be moving mt stuff in Saturday. Not a problem he said. Well come Saturday around noon I show up. No one was there, couldn't get ahold of anyone. I sat out there for a half hour waiting outside the office. I called several times,and left a message. I really wanted to store my stuff here being it was so close to my house. I never received a call back. I suppose they don't want the business. So I had to use another storage company. 4 star storage seems very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Rant over!!
