Story

Four & Twenty Blackbirds Bakery, located in Ashland’s gateway, has been satisfying cravings for 24 years. We feature fresh marion berry scones, fruit turnovers, blueberry bran muffins, chocolate cupcakes and 16 types of cookies. Take a marion berry pie home! Our pies, cakes, cookies, muffins are also available at locally at Shop ‘N Kart and the Ashland Food Coop.

This awesome bakery serves freshly-made pies, scones, turnovers, muffins and cookies every day from 8 am to 2 pm

Truly handmade artisan bakery goods! Fruit pies and turnovers to die for with flaky buttery crust, and be sure to take home some Tahini Chews for your next hike.....yummy!

This bakery is the reason I stop in Ashland as I travel from Sacramento to Portland!  Although tiny, it's got the very best strawberry-rhubard pie this side of my mother's kitchen.  Take a little extra time to pull off Hwy-5 and get a cup of coffee at the Beanery next door and and scrumptuous turnover from Four and Twenty Blackbirds!
It's a five-star place, Ziggat's would agree!

YUM! whatever it is you're craving, Four & Twenty has it! Pies, cookies, cakes, everything baked fresh just like grandma's house! My faves: butter crust pie, any flavor; peanut butter chocolate chip cookies; tahini chews, these are REAL FOOD, perfect for hiking or to have on hand for those "low blood sugar" moments. YUM, YUM, YUM!
