Something always told me $$$ was more important here than patient care. Now I have my proof: after having been a loyal patient here for nearly ten years, they turned me away as soon as I got on Medicaid. And big smug smile to send me on my way. How's that for "serving the community"?! Bull.

Beautiful, professional office. Incredibly skilled and friendly staff. I've got only good things to say about Fox Dental Associates. I highly recommend going here for dental work and cleanings.

I recently had a change of insurance and my dentists office didn't accept the new insurance.  I started calling dental offices to find one that would accept my new insurance.  I had called several offices one morning, only to be treated like my call was an interruption and an annoyance.  I called Fox Dental and had the pleasure of speaking to Sandra.  She was very knowledgable and professional during our conversation and helped me figure out my next step AND helped alleviate some of the stress in my search for a new dentist. I was not treated as an interruption in her busy day, like I had been at the other offices I called.  I think I have found my new dentist! Thank you for your help Sandra! I will be calling soon to make an appointment.

Once a great practice, it now suffers from extreme unprofessionalism.  I got a filling only to learn it was performed incorrectly, they then said they would replace it (additional charges), and then when I arrived at the appointment the dentist (yet another new doctor I had never met) said there was nothing wrong with it.  They still charged me for the visit! Today I got notified from my insurance company that they were filing for payment on an appointment I already paid for in 2016.  They filed for payment anyhow. I called and spoke with Teresa today at the office who admitted I had already paid but they had a new insurance person....clearly they were trying to get double payment here. This is fraud.  Charging me for a botched cavity is unprofessional.  Constant staff turnover is indicative of how poorly things are at this office.  Avoid this place! Trust me.
