Terrible customer service.  Little to no communication with its consumer.  Three attempts to set up service.  Company makes you go through an entire credit check before discussing anything tangible with a consumer.  A credit check, (not kidding).  !!  After you provide informtaion for the credit check, you WAIT for decline or approval.  

Approval ok'yd yet requires the consumer to fill out additional paperwork to be billed rather than COD.  In  past experience, COD was generally 30 days.  Not with this company.  That means that 'we bill you' therefore you, the consumer, need to provide us more paperwork, or fill it out on a website that is of no real use.  It works with some search engines, not all.  This information is found out only after you, the consumer, has been under the impression that all is well....  the old adage "no news is good news".  

Wrong !  No paperwork, no delivery.  

So, one more time.  Lets try again.  With company representative on the phone consumer receives fax that needs to be completed, consumer completes paperwork only to be told, yet again, 30 days later that there is no paperwork on file.

Seriously.  What are you doing with my information?     Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible company. Horrible Customer service. Extremely money driven and could care less about people not having heat in their homes. Do not use this company and plenty of other companies around that are cheaper with excellent customer service . I don't even want to give them one star but I didn't have a choice !
