Braulio is an amazing Physical Therapist!  He has extensive knowledge of the human body and how to help a particular area receive the therapy and care it needs.  He has the experience, the strength and pays attention to each patient (I know, because I've watched him with others as well) to be sure they are performing the therapy correctly, which is very important.  But he's more than a 'clinically' great therapist, he's also very kind and inspiring - to keep going, keep with it and see yourself to a healthier you.  I love that he's so positive and happy!!  Thank you Braulio, I'm glad we met and will definitely recommend anyone I know who wants to receive top quality physical therapy!

A great physical therapy experience. I went for chronic lower back pain caused by long hours of sitting. Braulio Espinosa is one of the best. He has a great deal of knowledge and a very positive, uplifting energy all the time. I would not think twice to go back to Fox Physical Therapy if needed at any point in time!!

This has to be the best place I have ever been to when it comes to PT.  Eric Alexander is exceptional in his knowledge of the neck and spine and took the time to explain my symptoms instead of only trying to fix them.  Understanding the injury in that way took the fear of the pain away and from them I made a very fast recovery!!!  I can't thank Eric enough for his training, compassion, and friendship.  Highly recommend anyone with chronic neck pain to visit  Fox Physical Therapy ASAP!

So grateful! I found Fox Physical therapy. I started working with Dr. Eric 3 months ago. In 3 months I️ have seen dramatic improvement in my hips. 

 I am now able to confidentially strength train on my own, and have started to incorporate yoga poses that before were very painful .  

Before fox I had tried two different physical therapist and I  became frustrated with both because I felt I  was making no progress. I was experiencing a lot of pain on my hips that would affect me during work.

Now I almost never thinks about my injury (labral tears in hips) .

Throughout my 18 years as an athlete, Dr Eric Alexander is unquestionably the best doctor of physical therapy I have ever been treated by. What makes him truly unique is his kind personality which puts you at ease and the fact he's a good listener and will patiently get you step by step to recover your strength and full mobility. Overall, he has a great approach and understands the body mechanics as well sports injuries very well. I played competitive soccer, kickboxing and running incurring injuries to my ankles, hamstrings, shoulders, calves, neck and biceps over a period of 10 years. Let's just say that at 32, I have almost injured every part of my body and most of these injuries have become chronic and repetitive causing me to lose a huge amount of strength over the years and a lot of pain I have had to live with on a daily basis.I have managed to stay in good shape and maintain good mobility thanks to my deep knowledge about fitness and nutrition but i had to do something about my very serious hamstring and bicep problem which affects my every movement and even started to affect my personal and professional life.
It's been almost 4 weeks since I started treatment with Eric and my hamstrings are already feeling stronger and I'm walking a lot better. We also accomplished some amazing strength progress in my biceps. 
Though I have no issues with back, I should point out that Eric is a spine and neck specialist if you are seeking treatment for your back or neck. 
If you live in Miami and need treatment for an injury, new or old, Fox physical therapy is the place to go and I highly recommend Dr Eric Alexander.
