THE BUSINESS IS NEAT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD ALOT OF WORK DONE IN THE LAST YEAR INCLUDING AN IMPLANT. DR HERING AND HIS STAFF WERE TOP NOTCH, AND PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE FROM A SIMPLE CLEANING THROUGH THE IMPLANT PROCESS.

We followed Dr. Olsen to his new practice at Fox Valley Dental and couldn't be happier. His staff treated us very well and gave us a nice warm welcome. We look forward to coming back for all of our family dentistry needs!

The doctor is of low skill level in my opinion. I was hoping for just average dental work, but I received below average dental work. Now I have to go to another dentist to fix a problem that never existed before.

Fox valley dental called me to reschedule an appointment I made 6 months in advance. I was ok with it even though they had to schedule it for a month later. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment they didn't even have me on their schedule. I drive over a half hour to go there and they didn't care that they screwed up. Very poor customer service. They do not care about their patients that have been going to them for a long time. Very disappointed.

I want to acknowledge the super staff at Fox Valley Dental.  I have been a patient there for over 30 years and they have always been so kind and caring to me.  Dr. Hering is very accommodating of his patients' needs with flexible hours and a variety of techniques. I have no doubt that Dr. Robert Hering and his staff have the knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality care for their patients.  Dr. Hering takes the time to explain the oral problem and the techniques that will be used to solve it.  With his great manual dexterity you know there will be no "slips" from him!  The staff at Fox Valley Dental uses their excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that the patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their dental experience. I'm so grateful that I found this wonderful dental team.
