Original agent was going to be out of the office so she passed along our info to another agent whom we did not know.  The new agent, Mary, called me immediately with all the information that we gave to the original agent and proceeded with exceptional service until the time we booked the trip, about 3-4 days later. Excellent customer service.

Customer Service below 0 . If a client walks into a travel agency, obviously is interested in booking a vacation. If the travel agent is showing no interest in helping or advising or just showing the excitment of traveling than, it makes no sense to go back in there or to book with them. I called even to ask for different options on vacation plans and left a very detailed msg and, a week later no e-mail or call from her . Very disapointing , not welcoming at all. Get some training in customer service !

We had booked our vacation through Apple Vacation and were asked to choose a travel agency to assist us. We decided on Fox World Travel in Greenfield. Initially, I spoke with Brenda, who was pleasant on the phone but only took our payment and we only heard from her from automated emails. Since this was our first time flying out of states on an international flight, we had a lot of questions. I called several times to speak with Brenda but was told that the person answering could assist me. The two women that I spoke with were not friendly and offered no help. My only thought is that I was being treated this way because I started the initial booking of our vacation online with Apple. We travel often and had hoped to find an agency to assist us going forward, but are no longer comfortable with that idea.

Our travel agent listens to us, makes great suggestions, and looks out for our interests. Service is great. FOX also offers escorted trips which we have found to be excellent.
