They have always been outstanding.  My dog is a client there and his care the past week was above and beyond any other.  I cannot say enough good things about them.

It's 1 pm on Thursday and the office it's closed! And all I got a customer service guy that was extreamly rude I asked him a question and hung up on me... I'm not a usual customer there... but really? Is this how you treat people?
