It is unfortunate that I have to give it this rating but the customer service given to me today was horrible. I called today at 11 am and spoke to a young girl to order a cheese pizza, at 11:20 am I walked in to the pizza shop to pick it up and they stated that they had no such order and no one had called for a cheese pizza. I was questioned if I had called somewhere else, I stated that I was pretty sure I had called this pizza shop. I right there told them to put me in for a cheese pizza, I then looked at my call history as I waited and saw I had in fact called the correct number. I showed the staff and the young girl who was at the counter the call log and time, they all denied that they had received an order. The young girl kept denying and laughed at me. That showed lack of respect and customer service, it is unfortunate but I will not return there anymore.

Awful service. I ordered a half veggie half cheese pizza for delivery. it arrived cold and soggy, soaking through the box and was completely inedible. I called in about an hour later (after going to class) to ask if any refund could be given, but was refused a new pizza due to waiting an hour to call. don't order here, the food is gross it's a waste of time and money

Turkey sandwich came with one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese. I haven't been there for months and I won't go back.

They need people that speak English!! Or Spanish and costumer service on the is terrible ! Food is good
