I truly don't no where to begin. Long story short: A week after I had ONE wisdom tooth pulled I went back to him and said something was wrong and I was in pain. He said I was fine and gave me no antibiotics and more hydrocodone. A week later I end up at the doctor with a crazy infection. After TWO rounds of antibiotics I was sent to a specialist. I had an infection down to my bone that had to be cut open, drained, and biopsied. I am begging you to go somewhere else. He called and asked why I didn't come back to him and went somewhere else. I came to him right away and he doped me up and left. He was also an hour and a half late for my original surgery and offered no apology. After 5 weeks of antibiotics all together, 2 surgeries, and over $2000 in bills with insurance, I am finally feeling better.

Great experience - Upon calling the receptionist was friendly and I was given an appointment for consultation the very next day. The office staff was friendly and professional and the wait time was wonderful - only five minutes. The dental assistant went out of her way to make me comfortable and make sure she accurately understood my medical situation. Dr. Cusumano was AWESOME. He helped me find a solution to complicated oral issues that completely suited my needs (even better than I expected), and he unexpectedly and proactively suggested things to help minimize cost, rather than maximizing his profit. He kindly alleviated my fears and made sure I understood every aspect of the surgery I had decided to undergo (and is able to perform this surgery less than a week from now!). Working with Dr. Cusumano and Staff is a wonderful experience.

Company policy of rescheduling an appointment do to illness! My 16yr old son had an appointment to have some teeth removed on a today but had gotten sick an was throwing up what he had in his stomach. I called the office to reschedule his abstraction surgery the receptionist said that it was company policy that being it is short notice, that cant reschedule him. She did say she could put him on a short notice list and maybe they could get him in that way. How can you do short notice if you have to not eat 24hrs prior and how can you prevent getting sick? 

Great doctor, he did my daughter but POOR policy!!! Best advise, don't get SICK they have NO SIMPATHY!!!

What an awesome doctor! He is very personable, and his staff was wonderful. He called us at home after our visit to check on my son. This call was made well after office hours, so I knew he was taking this time to follow up because he wanted to (not because he had to). I will not see another oral surgeon. It's too hard to find someone this great. Thanks to Dr. Cusamano and his lovely staff. G

Even  though they were shorthanded and I had to wait for a bit, the service was really nice. Being terrified of the dentist, the dentist was able to sedate me through I.V. When I came to I was told what the post operation instructions were, and was then rolled out to my car, where they helped my wife get me into the car. Would recommend them to anyone that has a fear of the dentist and they need more than just a cleaning.
