When the going gets tough the tough get going. When we went through a financial rough patch he would not even see my daughters for appointment until payment was made. We would have eventually paid when on our feet which we are now. Would have.

Gave him one star just because he at least smiled at our daughter otherwise he acted arrogant.

Dr. Lossio has been my daughters pediatrician from day one. She is now six years old. When she was born, we lived in Alma, we now live on the outskirts of MT. Pleasant. I will continue to drive her to Alma, unless it’s on a Tuesday and Dr. Lossio is in his MT. Pleasant office. There have been occasions, where I have had to take my child to Ready Care, Urgent Care, while these Doctors are qualified, I silently wish we still lived closer to Alma. Again, while these physicians are qualified, we have come to value, truly appreciate the care Dr. Lossio gives. I trust him with my child, as with parents, our children are our lives. He takes the time to ask questions. He takes the time to understand what the layperson is saying. He goes through every symptom thoroughly. When he’s with your child his mind is on your child, he takes added time to make sure every aspect is dealt with, you’re the subject, he may have others waiting, but you can be sure, they’ll receive the same care. If Dr. Lossio is out of the office, there are always his partners I am sure they’re wonderful, I still prefer, if at all possible (and it usually is) for my child to see him. The icing on the cake, my daughter simply adores him, he could say “Three shots” and she would look at him and say “OK, thank you”;-) If he left the area we would be highly disappointed, I would drive up to a 100-125 miles for my daughters yearly care.
