Poor customer service. Told an hour for delivery. The driver left shop at 6:15. Food delivered an hour after that. Totaling 2 hours from order time. Called multiple times to check on status. Especially since the shop and where the pizza was to be delivered are on the same road. Told out for delivery, call back in 15 and speak with manager several times. Finally spoke to manager and were told we would have a free pizza on our number. Called today to use it. We were told it was only $10 off. That's not even half of the cost of the pizza we had ordered originally. If that is what we had been told we were getting there would be no problem. Please don't tell me a free pizza and then switch it to a much less discount.

My family loves Francos pizza. Great pizza. Sweet sauce. Delicious. We order extra for our college age kids to send home with them. Always busy. Sometimes a wait but it is worth it!

This took place in 2013 and I spoke to the Manager. It has been resolved but I have never been treated so poorly. So, I have not forgotten and felt the need to share. I once needed to order something for delivery and the person on the phone tried rushing me off. He claimed the restaraunt did not deliver as company policy. Ironically the company website said we deliver etc. And I've been a frequent customer. I did not buy it so I told him to put my order through. He got annoyed, then said it will be more than half an hour. That's not true obviously. The employee was terminated by the owner and I got a verbal - over the phone apology. I appreciate it but man I've not gone here for the last three years. You do not lie to the customer and you do not push a potential customer away.

Awful customer service. We ordered 2 Stubbs for delivery at 745 on a Monday night didn't get them until 915. Then previously I ordered pizza and salads for pickup ahead of time and selected a time to pick up. They weren't ready at the time I selected which was over 2 hours to prep I had to washout an additional 20 minuets after I had already paid when I placed my order. So then the girl handed me my pizza. I had to ask to get my salads. When I got home the ranch cup I paid extra for wasn't there so I called to complain. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me I should have checked my order before I left! I told him that they almost didn't give me my salads I had to tell them to get them. He didn't say anything or apologize he told me I would just get my ranch the next time I ordered. I would never go back.

Terrible customer service, food is always messed up/cold/late, delivery drivers are rude and think they are entitled to a $10 tip every time they drop off something! Driver with curly messy pony tail (not a very nice look for someone delivering food) was very LATE and rushed me and once she saw the tip was only $3 she became very rude and left without even saying goodbye. When i called to say something the manager on the phone quickly rushed me off said they were very sorry there was nothing they could do about it. I went into the location to pick up food another time hoping it would be better and saw the same nasty delivery girl working the counter. She had the same attitude as when she brought the food to my house. Overall i do not recommend Francos, try Bocces right down the street.
