This is a fantastic ice cream shop that certainly sets itself apart from other places - even from those in the city! It's clear that the flavors were thoughtfully created in order to really convey the tastes of the ingredient or dish.  I had the forbidden black rice and mango ice cream, and it was phenomenal! It was exactly like the Thai dessert, but in cream cream form. Logically I knew I was having ice cream, but in my mind, I was eating the dish - truly amazing and beyond delicious!  The shop is also very clean and the staff are very friendly. Definitely come here for some fun flavors - or not - everything is good! The different flavored cones are also a nice perk.

Went here with my family and totally loved the experience. The girls working were super helpful and helped us find the flavor we liked the best. We would recommend the ube and vanilla!

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to. Really delicious and unique flavors, that not all ice cream shops carry. Definitely made from scratch and their options of ice cream cones are some I’ve never even heard of before. Can’t wait to go back and try all their flavors

I never knew Philippino ice cream was a thing until i ate here. This place is phenomenal! At first glance at their selection I felt skeptical because the flavors were unfamiliar to me. But after I few samples I was blown away. The ricotta fig flavor is my go to. If you like ice cream, then definitely treat yourself to Francy's.

This place is pretty amazing flavors and everything else really good. The only concern is if you’re allergic to whey proteins stay away because all the ice cream contains that stuff except for the one flavor that’s vegan.

Ice cream was great and the staff was helpful. Took a star off cuz everything was great leading to the experience of eating these unique flavors until it's time to eat the ice cream and you're given a flimsy plastic spoon which bends with every scoop.

The ice cream was delicious and unique. The server was super friendly and patient as I asked to try different flavors.

Wow, this place is fantastic.  Such a nice addition to the Bergenfield community.   So many delicious options, and even vegan options.  Yum.  I've been in 2 days in a row!

We randomly found this place because the DQ was closed. Literally it was mind blown! I'd say the best ice cream in my life  it soooo delicate and it's soooo flavorful exquisite!!

The ice cream is delicious and fresh.  Not overly sweet, and perfectly creamy.  The service was great— the staff was very friendly, and was happy to take us through all of the flavors. What a treat!  Can’t wait to go back! I had the avocado flavor and ube flavor, and both were amazing!!!  I hope avocado becomes a permanent flavor.  My husband had the matcha cookies ‘n cream, and very much enjoyed it too.
