Canceled my insurances last Wednesday. They charged me for the next month instead of giving me my reimbursement. Didn't call me to talk about it sense they just wanted to steal my money. No one ever knows anything when I ask about it. Never get any phone calls returned back with info on the matter. Where the HELL is Frank?!?!? Today is Wednesday n they emptied my back account with a bounced check fee!!

After more than 30 years with State Farm, this is the worst experience I've encountered with State Farm.  Suggest you find a different agent, I am.
