Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary.  I got home from work and the bouquet still hadn't arrived.  I called to see where they were and was told "he left a long time ago.  I'll call him and tell him to hurry it up."  2 hours later i was dialing them back to cancel the order as SHE (not him) shows up with them.  To my wife, the flowers come off as an after thought and not a genuine gesture of affection.  Thanks for screwing up my anniversary.

Ordered balloon,  teddy bear, and flowers for my granddaughter after surgery. I worked with Helena. She was Fantastic, everything was lovely. Highly recommend them!
