I live out of town, my best friend needed a smile so through their online process I ordered the most purple bouquet they could put together and within 4 hrs it was delivered.  Easy, fast and beautiful arrangement!  Thank you so much!!

I hate to see people writing a bad review because of one experience they didn't like. This reputable florist has been in business as long as I can remember. I have been there with no problems several times over a period of several years. So have many friends and family. Any business open this long has to be good.

Ordered flowers a week ahead of time for girlfriends graduation. I go to pick them up the morning of the graduation on my way, and of course they are not at the store. I was told they would be there in an hour, when the graduation started in 30 minutes. Said they could make something up quick, but that would take 30 minutes. Then said they could call me when they arrived. None of the solutions made any sense. So I was left with nothing and feeling bad at graduation, because they can't get in a order with a weeks notice. Do not go here...try Price Chopper.

When I called to order the flowers, the man on the phone was delightful.   However, the next day I discovered the flowers had not been delivered on time.   Frank Gallo did not call or email me to inform me of the delay - they promised to send me a delivery confirmation and that never happened.   When I called the next morning to inquire about the delay, the man on the phone was extremely condescending and rude to me.   He treated me as if my call was a complete inconvenience and spoke to me as if I did not understand the simpliest of concepts.   It was a horrible experience and I will never order from them again.   You can get beautiful flowers at many places - But good customer service cannot be found here.
