Nice salon and good service. Everyone is really friendly and I get OK haircuts. I come here more for cuts for my kids vs. me. Also, they can be odd about pricing. I've come in for up-do's or blow outs and the final price versus what was quoted over the phone is always different.

Well I loved my haircut but it just needed a tweek, unfortunately if you want a change to your haircut even just a tweek, you have to go through the manager LEZLEY. Who is really a B!+ch. instead of listening she is argumentative. For a place like Naperville I expected better treatment. I was wrong. I could sense even my stylist was afraid of her. I expected more from a Naperville salon in the realm of customer service. This salon gets a 0 for customer service. I say go somewhere else for a $60 dollar haircut you might as well go to a really high end place and pay a little more.

Tuesday does a phenomenal job on my hair! A little pricy, but the end result is worth it. The sunflower treatment helps keep my hair smooth after coloring it!
