As someone who hates going to the dentist, just walking through the door causes enough anxiety to just suffer through the pain. My experience here was amazing (if that can be a real thing). From the front desk personnel (Janet) who was very kind and calming who started off my experience in a welcoming manner. The nurses and doctors are very calm and kind which lowers the anxiety level of anyone in the room. Some chairs have a fantastic view of the NYC skyline. Overall, I left feeling like it may not be quite as long between checkups. For me that is a huge deal.

Dr. DePaola and his entire staff are life savers! After months of severe jaw and tooth pain that went misdiagnosed and mistreated with multiple other dentists, Dr. DePaola took ample time to hear me out and perform multiple tests until he got to the root of the problem. His philosophy of doing everything possible before performing any invasive procedures was reassuring and comforting. As someone who has had many bad experiences with various dentists over the years, I can honestly say that Dr. DePaola and his staff are working primarily for what is in your best interests. I highly recommend especially if you have any anxieties about going to the dentist!

Horrible management and customer service. I paid close to 4,000 for two veneers and I told the dentist immediately after he finished I wanted my teeth filed a bit. However he argued with me that it was the proper length. I thought I would get used to it but I did not. I went back and the manager said I would have to pay for a visit even though the doctor had told me I could come back anytime to file even without an appointment I could just drop in. I was lied to and I cannot believe that any reasonable dentist with a good reputation would not stand by their work and file down the veneers that I paid for. I was actually going to do Invisalign with him but now I have decided to go elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money on a dentist and office that clearly do not care about their patients.

Highly recommend. Very talented dentists and staff. Clean and modern equipment. Appointments always on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
