I took an insurance claim to Frank's Body Shop in November of 2009 They put a new bumper and grill and headlight in my 2008 f150. They did not match the paint up and there was overspray on the grill. They offered me some money 270 dollars. When I went to get it the lady in the office had just passed away and they told me to come back when they get their books in order. I came back and the owner refused to give me the money they had promised and was very rude. He told me " Too bad you waited to long. I'm not giving you anything " I would not refer anyone to this place. Poor quality work and shady character running the place.
