The price is too high when you can run your car through another car wash for about $10.  I needed to try to run my car through again with no soap, but I wasn't going to pay another $3 to do it.  Red gunky wax or soap was running all down the back window and lifgate of my Highlander. There was even soap under the rear window hatch and and that soap was running down the back window.  The drive through car wash doesn't do a good job getting dust/dirt off the rear of the car.  There are signs posted everywhere that there are no exceptions for a charge of $3 for a second run through.  Guess there will be a lot of one time visitors.

 The vac was good, but it's not worth it to me just to get a good vacuum of the inside.  Glad we're having a beautifil, sunny day so I can clean my car today myself.

Today I visited Franks Carwash on Dutch Fork Rd. in Irmo. I have 3 cars and keep them washed and maintained. I’ve visited Franks Carwash at least 4 times since they opened, each time I was somewhat unhappy with the results of the wash job, but after all it was just machines doing the work. Upon entering the wash, one must take off the antenna, and fold the mirrors back, so the washing equipment doesn’t damage them. The attendant just spays some kind of liquid on the front and windshield with no attempt to remove the bugs or other stuff and does not spay the rear, then sends the vehicle into the wash. I normally get the middle selection with tire shine, but today I decided to get the top wash offered, $17.00, when the wash was completed, I went to the dry off and vacuum area and notice the vehicle still had lots of soap and other liquids on it. I notified the attendant of the situation and was told that I had to pay another $3.00 to have the car sent into the wash again to remove the soap. I refused, because the soap and other liquids should have been removed in the first place. Customer satisfaction does not exist at this place and I will not be going back. There are other carwashes in the area that do a much better job, and most do it cheaper.

Absolutely loved it! My car shined & the free vacuums were wonderful worth the drive from Newberry in my new car.
