For what it is, a fully automated car wash, it's great! If u haven't washed ur car in years, this wash will not make it look brand new again,... but if you keep ur car pretty well clean, this is a super easy and super fast way to remove weekly or even monthly build-up. The vacuums are FREE and they work great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they (vacuum heads and hoses) should be cleaned off regularly, however, I will continue to use this convenient wash, though I now keep a rag in my trunk to wipe down the vacuum before using them.

Thanks it's alright to sit an watch a pregnant person get sexual harrased. And no employee do anything but walk away. Must be fortunate for concealed carry for places like this

Nice car wash. The free vacuums are super strong. I recommend Franks for sure I take my Shelby Mustang there when I dont have time to hand wash.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went to vacuum my car today and there was a long line so I went to just the vacuums since thats all I wanted to do was vacuum my car. I have a monthly membership. Then this guy comes over telling me i cant use the free vacuums. I said I have a membership and he says well you need to wash your car. I said, well I don't want to wash my car i want to vacuum it, i just washed it yesterday. Then this KRAIG CRAWFORD comes over and takes the vacuum off me and says I cant use the vacuums unless I wash my car. Crazy! I said well I want to cancel my membership because that's the craziest thing i have ever heard and you're going to come rip the vacuum out of my hands. So he said ok. I go over to fill the paperwork out to cancel and I told him that i wanted my account refunded for the remainder of the month because im not pay for two weeks that I refuse to come back to use a place that would treat PAYING customers that way and I ask for his business card. THIS GUY IS ACTUALLY THE REGIONAL MANAGER!!! It would have taken me 3 mins to vacuum what i needed to do when I pay for the membership. Zero customer service. Glad that's the individual they decided to make the REGIONAL MANAGER! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Someone who rips the vacuum out of a paying customers hands because i didn't want to use the wash and only wanted to vacuum!!!!

My wife went to vacuum her car here today since WE HAVE A MEMBERSHIP AND PAY EVERY MONTH. She was told she couldn't use the vacuum. She had to wash her car even though we just washed her car the day prior to use the vacuum. The attendant then took the vacuum off her. So I went down to vacuum the car since WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE. KRAIG KAUFFMAN the apparent REGIONAL MANAGER came out and called me a THEIF because I didn't want to wash/vacuum and only wanted to vacuum. I WAS ALREADY ENRAGED FOR HOW THEY TREATED MY WIFE AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THEN TO CALL ME A THIEF FOR USING A SERVUCE I PAY FOR. Can you believe that this KRAIG KAUFFMAN that took a vacuum out of my wife's hands then calls a PAYING customer a THEIF is a actually a REGIONAL MANAGER. Amazing.
