Toilet was running uncontrollably while we were out.  Water everywhere.  Send someone right away.  Fixed immediately and bill very very fair.  The plumber they sent was awesome!

Worst experience I've had with a plumbing company. I had an issue on a Saturday with no water moving down all lines. I called this company and a technician was sent that even. After visiting with the technician several minutes, I began to question his knowledge. After a few basic questions,several calls and sending a picture of the pipes to his supervisor..I was told my lift pump was "probably burnt up" The tech then proceeded to cut my line, and attempt pulling the cast iron pump out. After several failed attempts...He realized the electrical wires were not allowing adequate length to accomplish this. He snipped some ties and then required assistance from myself to get the pump out. At some time past this point, he mentioned checking the breaker outside..to make sure it wasn't tripped. I returned several minutes later to see the progress. I was then charged $180 and told the New pump would be installed Monday. The technician then left. I wasn't quite understanding how a pump less than two years old could burn up so quickly. I made my way to my garage breaker box to find my lift pump breaker was tripped. Once reset, the pump kicked on with no issues. The technician received my call and was apologetic stating "I should have checked that...that's our fault". He was then required to return the following day to repair the pipe he had cut. Not knowing if this visit was being charged...I asked to speak with Frank. After several short conversations on the phone..and being told I would be charged another $120 for today's parts and visits..I couldn't keep my calm. Minor bickering on the phone..with a few snaps in each direction..I was then told the technician who was sent had little experience with these systems and they had no choice but to send him due to "low staffing on the weekend". Something is wrong there. Knowingly sending someone incompetent to do a job...and then charging full price for his incompetence? I felt as if I needed to babysit during each visit. All said and done, I was told the second visit would not be charged....But I'm still very displeased. It should had never made it to bickering on the phone with the owner..Especially considering it's very obviously the standard checks and balances were not followed and it was a botched job.

Called to have tankless water heater repaired. They were on time, price was very reasonable and there tech was extremely good. He checked out my tankless which had been sitting for over a year without working in a rental unit I own. I had someone else look at it but they could not repair. These guys determined problem right away and got me operating same day. I highly recommend them.
