After having a terrible experience at Aspen Dental I found that Frankfort Avenue Family Dental was in my insurance network and decided to get a second opinion on my tooth pain. Am I glad I made that phone call. The staff is awesome and very welcoming. They made me feel at home and confident that my issue(s) are not just going to get fixed but fixed correctly. Tim is on it and made sure I fully understand how billing will work. Even before I stepped foot in the office he made sure I knew exactly what to do. Dr. Kirk is awesome. He calmed my anxiety and ensured that the treatment plan was practical and what was needed; ultimately saving me $1,000s of dollars. Thank you!

They have a husky and the entire staff is hilarious. My experiance was so good, I felt like I was on a tv sitcom about a dentist office. Plus my teeth are now super clean.

Always hated the dentist, but Dr. Kirk makes it a comfortable experience. He does his own cleanings no hygienist as a sub. This practice got my teeth in shape after years of no insurance. I enjoy the calming presence of Timber, the dog. Dr. Kirk even met my fiancee and I at the practice on a late Saturday night when my crown/cap fell off after chewing gum. Definitely recommend.

Great staff. I was able to get my son in at the last minute to have his tooth repaired. Glad I chose Frankfort Avenue Family Dental as our new dentist.

This is a great small dentist office that goes the extra mile for their patients. It is clean and has a quaint atmosphere. Tim in the front office is pleasant to work with and makes sure all billing and scheduling issues are handled professionally. Michael is a great dentist and has a calming disposition about him. I would recommend anybody looking for a new dentist to head their way!
