I do not receive that same kindness from staff that others have written about. The library itself is very nice and clean, and taken care of. The children's section is amazing. If I had a better experience with staff I would have rated with 5 stars.

Everything is clean and organized. Up to date technology. Library card is free! Great movie selection.

Love our library.. It's central to our community in so many ways!  Children's area is awesome, especially in winter when we need to get our and play!  Theater is super.. I can find books and resources easily.  The people who work there are friendly and helpful..  The online service works well.  The coffee bar would have more traffic if it were on the first floor.. And I wish it were run commercially..  The one issue is safety.. I'm sorry that it's difficult to say I'd let my kids of any age go there alone.
