Went to court at 1pm and didn't get out until after 5pm because they told me the wrong time. All the clerks were very unhelpful almost to the point where it seemed like they were trying to be unhelpful. I've called to pay a fine over the phone and you will rarely have anyone answer. And when "Darlene" did answer, she was quite rude. This is the most unorganized, lazy, careless court system I've ever encountered. The only thing I have decent to say is that judge ruppert seemed nice.

Impossible to talk to any one or get to return calls despite the recording asking for it. I spoke to "Darlene" and I paid a ticket through  phone. I was asked to send copy of my insurance, since the Policeman stated that I didn't have it. She never asked me for it. I fax it in and now they asked me to send proof of payment even though I paid to them over the phone and she was the one taking my payment...Really??? No one will pick up the phone or return phone calls. I am from another state...Bureaucracy at its finest!!!
