Dr. Franklin and his mid level providers are caring, compassionate, and professional. Don't be swayed by negative reviews from patients that may be there for the wrong reasons. Franklin Clinic does things the right way, and serves the Hill Country.

This place is without a doubt the WORST clinic in the planet! The staff is nothing but hateful and lazy people. I can not understand how it is still even open. If you need refills you will die of old age waiting. I have never even heard of a place that cares less about people than this joke of a doctor office. DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff was rude and NOT helpful. Even a simple task such as getting a RX refilled seemed like I had to pull teeth.
