I was a customer of Ben Franklin Financial until just recently. I moved all of my money. When I requested to have my money moved the first time and the the second request was sent. I had to call the investment place where the money had been invested. They advised me that Ben Franklin had advised them to hold off on the transfer until he spoke to me. This was at the beginning Dec 2017. When I call it was around Jan 10 2018 and I had not receive a call from Franklin Financial as of yet. So I call Franklin Financial my self left a message around 634 pm in the evening knowing they were closed hoping for a call back the next day. Well I had to call them again around  12 pm and was told he could not talk he was busy and in the middle of something and maybe could call me later in the afternoon or the next day. However remember he was to get in touch with me since December and today  is Jan 10 2018 you would think he could take 5 minutes to talk to me. So I said no I want to talk to him now. Well he did take my call and he was the rudest man in a professional business  I have ever spoken to. Remember I was paying him to invest My Money  he is Not paying me. I may not be rich but what money I do have I have worked very hard for and do not need to be treated  like dirt. Mr. Ben Franklin I thought you were a good Christian but you have proven to me that you are Not  you don't treat people  in life the way you talked and treated me. I will not recommend your business to anyone. This was the worst mistake I ever made  by putting my trust in your company.
