I've been banking here since I moved to Oil City.  Great, friendly staff that work with you to ensure satisfaction.  Very glad I chose this credit union.

This bank is the largest joke in the area.  The Oil City's new branch manager refused to speak directly to me and continued to have me funneled through employees that(while professional) couldn't help me.  They constantly have problems with their debit cards causing me more problems than I would ever want to handle.  Pleas to speak to the board have gone unanswered by the CEO which apparently is somewhere else but also sucks at talking to the members(which you would think being a credit union WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD MATTER!  I will be closing my account immediately.  I've talked to so many friends and locals with the same frustrations.  THIS BANK BLOWS! Go to GALAXY!

My husbands due date for a loan was the 26th of every month and they reported to the credit bureau every 2nd of the month saying he didn't pay his loan, this dropped his score horribly and they will fix this! They say you don't pay when you do!!! Keep all your receipts!!!!!!!!! They are all messed up in there!!!!!!

Love this credit union! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recently needed an auto loan and our credit score was not the greatest. We have been working on improving our score though for the last year or so. Instead of declining our application, the credit union let us submit a letter explaining certain items on our credit history and what we intended to do about those debts. Then they reviewed the letter and took a vote. It came out in our favor and we got the loan! 

It's not very often that a financial institution will look at you as more than just a number, but at Franklin Oil Region Credit Union they treat you like an actual person. I am proud to bank here and plan to be a member as long as I live.

Tonya took my information for a loan and then never called me back. Left her voicemails and everything and still no response. Tried a different bank that treated me better and had me an answer in a hour and I can go get my car.
