Came to apply for a passport for the first time and the staff was very nice! I did have to pay the $13 to have my photo taken because the photo that was taken at Walgreens was too large. I was grateful they offered this service so I did not have to go somewhere else and take a chance the photo is not the correct size. They open early and the staff was helpful; I definitely recommend this office!

Came here to renew a lost passport as they supposedly provide the service. They took my picture, gave me the wrong form to fill out and I enclosed my 110 dollars. Now there is supposed to be another 25 dollar charge for application, which they said no, you didn't do it at the post office its good just go mail it. Well I did and got my old passport back with a letter explaining that it was the wrong form and what to do. So I basically had to do it all over again, went to the post office in Oak Park and they knew exactly what had to be done, do not go to the post office in Franklin Park, as they do not provide passport service even though it is listed as a place on the government website that says it does.
